On-Sale Service
Kedgin’s sales consultant will conduct the builders on the jobsite about some positions where should be constructed according to the scheme, to make sure the perfect installation and running. This is very important for a good material handling solution, but it usually be ignored by the customers. It should bring some bothers even losing. We never give up the regard on this step.
Delivery of Equipment:
All the products will be installed and adjusted to the best running condition by our after sales service engineer, we also train the customers about safety, operating and maintenance on the customers’ jobsite, the delivery must be over after signature by customers.
Service:
Under the warranty, our after sales service engineer will fix the problems in time free of charge if it is due to quality problem. After the period of warranty, we will supply the all-life, best after-service.
Service Quality:
Kedgin’s after service engineers trained with well-equipped service vans to ensure prompt service to our customers. Our target is to supply service within 4 hours in Shanghai urban, 24 hours in the other area.
Spare Parts:
We have enough spare parts in stock to make sure that customers should not be affected by the urgent malfunction.
Customers Visit:
Kedgin’s after service engineers will visit the customers regularly to find out any problem in operation and maintenance. We also give the suggestion to the customers to avoid the inconvenience caused by sudden malfunction.
Maintenance contract:
The customers also can sign the maintenance contract or full-service contract so that you can be focus on the more important things.
