The special auxiliary equipment for fast loading and unloading of goods is used to adjust the height of the platform and freight car, so that the forklift trucks can quickly drive into the freight car and carry out the bulk loading and unloading of the goods. Reduce a lot of labor, improve work efficiency, and achieve greater economic benefits. It is composed of base, bearing plate, loose leaf lap board and power system.

The following factors should be taken into consideration when selecting the model

Load:

Minimum weight of height adjustment plate = gross weight of moving vehicle x safety factor

The gross weight of the moving vehicle should be considered the weight of the goods and the operator, and the weight of the fork lift truck is generally 1.5 times the design load.

The safety factor is generally 1.5

Length:

It is mainly determined by four factors: the height of freight car bottom, the height of cargo platform, the height of chassis and the ability of climbing.

It is generally recommended to climb a slope less than 15 degrees. If conditions permit, it is recommended to choose a longer point.

Width:

Mainly determined by the net width in the carriage

The recommended width is slightly smaller than the net width or the opening of the loose leaf plate.
