Working principle
Loading and unloading vehicles are docked in front of the height adjustment plate
Press the button and the adjusting plate will slowly rise. When the highest position is reached, the loose leaf board opens.
Release the button, and the adjusting plate will slowly fall down on its own weight. When the loose leaf plate is pressed on the bottom of the truck, it can work.
When the cargo is loaded, press the button and lift the panel to a certain height and release the button. The adjusting board will slowly reset on its own weight.
Characteristic
Using the principle of low pressure and high capacity inflation, the height adjusting plate surface is adjusted by airbag lifting.
The air bag is made of special fiber materials imported from abroad. It is resistant to insect, mouse and corrosion prevention, and can adapt to the harsh environment of cold and high humidity. The working temperature is from -50 to +65.
High speed powerful fan (current 10A, power 1100W) conforms to the "UL" standard, equipped with safety filter screen, effectively isolating and removing dust.
Adopting the design of gravity push rod and launching the loose leaf board under the weight of the panel, it is safe and reliable.
The auxiliary air spring keeps loose leaf pages free from collision.
The open loose joint design is three times the normal welding area, making the loose leaf connection stronger and easier to clean.
Rectangular steel beam is used on the panel, the stress distribution is balanced, and the torque of the skeleton is reduced, which is more durable than other structures.
Under the condition that the loose leaf is not extended, the adjusting plate surface can still be lowered to the platform.
